Job Description
We are looking for a retail sales manager to join our team.
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate sales associates to meet performance goals.

Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales and supervisory roles
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving, and team-management abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory software.
