Job Description
The Hr coordinator will be responsible of:
Coordinate recruitment for retail store and head office positions, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing hiring documentation.
Support the onboarding of new employees by coordinating orientation, training schedules, and required paperwork.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality.
Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and processing employment status changes such as new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
Must be fluent in english and arabic
Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR in retail industry
