Job Description

Manage the financial operations of the group (cash, bank and others…)

All cash transactions, bank transactions along with any other transaction that has any effect on group’s cash position should hold the pre-consent from the CFO 

Manage the group’s cash flow and financial planning

Group’s cash flow to be strictly monitored, assessed and managed by the CFO with the aim of not facing any liquidity shortages. The latter goes in line with managing group’s financial planning (i.e. to correlate group’s spending, investments, project’s support, in line with our available resources, projected liquidity and available banks’ support)

Analyze the group’s strength and weaknesses and propose corrective actions

Support the CEO and board members in strategic decisions

Manage all finance/ accounting personnel

All finance and accounting personnel will report to the CFO. All transactions pertaining to the accounting and finance department will be managed, monitored and approved by the CFO prior to any execution.

Oversee and assess all financial reports preparation (monthly financial statements, cash flow statements)

All financial report and statements to hold the consent of the CFO prior to be being presented

Oversee the coordination with legal advisors, administrations, auditors and tax advisors.

Analyze business processes, identify operating improvements and deep dive on cost structures and approve any change impacting the group’s cost structure (by any change, it goes with any increase in cost or any decrease in cost)

Lead the budgeting process, manage liquidity requirements and secure liquidity need

Lead the financial analysis function and root cause investigations.

All monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports will be deeply analyzed and investigated by the CFO.

Supervise and assess the group’s financial transactions, projects and contracts.

Lead risk management process by analyzing the group’s liabilities and investments.

Manage the group’s banking relations

Perform valuation and due diligence exercises on new projects and ventures

Build a solid relationship with group’s strategic clients and suppliers, for ease of financial related transactions.

Coordinate the annual strategic planning process.
