Job Specifications Knowledge, background, skills, abilities:

1. Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business Administration, Computer Science, CCE or equivalent TS. (Preferably with 2+ years of relevant experience).

2. Knowledge and skill in using Microsoft operating systems and application software such as Microsoft Office.

3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

4. Ability to engage in spoken or written conversation in English, and Arabic, with internal and external contacts in a courteous and professional manner.

5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a diversified workforce.

6. Knowledge and ability to respond to any question related to the products.

7. Ability to work under stress and effectively solve problems.     Reporting, Liaising & Supervision Reports to: Sales Manager/Managing Director. Supervises none. Liaises with related departments. Position Goal Responsible of developing company's reach in the LEB market, in addition to managing and developing a portfolio of named SMB customers  providing them with integrated solutions in order to meet agreed account activity and revenue growth targets, as well as gaining new customers for the company. Tasks, Duties, Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain a continuous “open-line of communication” with customers providing the highest level of customer service.

  2. Study customer needs and provide them with tailored, compatible, and integrated solutions that fit those needs.

  3. Take the daily tour of assigned customers and present the company in a most professional way.

  4. Prepare correct quotations, sales orders as well as workshop orders for a package of any products and services that can fulfill a customer’s needs.

  5. Provide all the information for the invoicing department as well as for the workshop and technician in charge, for each sale.

  6. Prepare a "daily activity report", and present it to Sales Manager regularly.

  7. Achieve yearly sales target assigned by the Sales Manager.

  8. Maintain sales related logs, records and files.

  9. Follow-up with the customer & make satisfaction inquiries.

  10. Always abide by company’s internal rules and regulations in any situation, and maintain confidentiality.

  11. Conform to applicable ISO procedures, and help meet departmental quality and non quality objectives.
