The Agent Network Administration Coordinator is responsible for opening, following-up and maintaining OMT Agents locations across Lebanon by ensuring agents’ accounts comply with OMT & Western Union legal statutory legislations.  He/ She will ensure the opening of branded OMT locations including the setup of agents’ environment for a successful value and implementation of OMT services across the network. He/ She will follow-up constantly with team members and participate in assessing agents’ performance through analyzing data collected and ensuring refresher trainings are being done effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry-out OMT agent’s life cycle process in order to convert prospective clients into accounts by handling contract management, analyzing agents’ files & locations

  • Receive requests from clients or through Agent Network Field Representatives regarding opening new locations ensuring timely turn around

  • Review data & information submitted regarding prospect clients, interpret results and communicate feedback about opening new locations

  • Meet with newly assigned agents for contract signature & general orientation

  • Administer the implementation of new services &/or products across OMT Agent Network

  • Maintain and update the agent database (agreements, legal documents and agents’ information)

  • Administer OMT branded signs installation or removal by acquiring quotations

- Identify and recommend potential clients and participate in assessing agent network performance

  • Build, support and maintain positive business relations with existing and prospective OMT agents

  • Participate in setting sales target to OMT Agent Network and suspend agents who consistently fall short off their goals and objectives

  • Prepare reports on Agent business performance by type of service and follow-up on agents with low performance

- Follow up on the performance of Agent Network Representatives for evaluation; share the feedback with the manager

  • Assure agents’ periodic visits by Agent Network Representatives, distribution of materials and promotional items

  • Monitor the route plan of Agent Network Representatives through GPS and approve the transportation allowance

  • Manage surveys related to OMT Agent Network information (questionnaires, different check lists and reports)

- Conduct periodic Agents' site visits with Agent Network Representatives (1day/week)

- Submit monthly & yearly reports and measure performance and delivery results

- Perform any other duties related to his/her scope of work and competencies needed in order to meet the ongoing organizational needs. The Job Description is not intended to be all-inclusive

Job specifications:

  • Education:  Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Supply Chain Management or equivalent

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, public administration or point of sales management; previous leadership experience is a plus

  • Languages: Advanced in Arabic, Moderate in English written & spoken

  • Computer skills: Advanced  knowledge in Ms. Office especially in Excel

  • Physical Demands: The job operates in a professional office environment and requires using office equipment & technology tools
