Handles the most complex customer complaints and takes appropriate actions to keep the customer satisfied Preparing Call Center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.  Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality Meets call center financial objectives by estimating requirements Preparing an annual budget Achieves company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
