The Letter Carrier is responsible for completing OMT logistics cycle through delivering & collecting logistics tools/documents to OMT agents locations in coordination with unit team members
Handle OMT logistics delivery & collection processes
Deliver & distribute the required tools/documents to OMT agents across handled area as per the route given by unit members
Collect & check documents received from OMT agents
Provide a refresher on-job training to remind agents’ operators of OMT services (when requested); update the Head Office on untrained operators
Perform periodical inventory on available tools at agents’ locations
Report problems encountered by agents to unit team members
Help in organizing & sorting documents to be delivered to related governmental institutions when needed
Perform any task in line with his/her competencies, in the department, as required by the management and according to department’s/ company’s objectives
- Education Unspecified
- Experience: Previous experience in outdoor delivery/collection is preferable
- Linguistic Skills: Moderate in Arabic written & spoken, Basic in English
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications
