DESCRIPTION
 
The Quality Officer is part of the Quality team. He/she is working alongside the project manager to support him in establishing the quality control mechanisms and making sure all processes are followed and well implemented.

The Quality Officer identifies deviations and proposes and monitors corrective actions in coordination with the Project Manager.

Tasks:

● Assists the Project Manager in developing, implementing and maintaining quality control plans

● Assess along with the Project Manager project risks and identify mitigation actions

● In coordination with the Project Manager, provide direction on development and use of Quality processes.

● Define and monitor the review process for project deliverables.

● Influence colleagues at all levels to raise the standards of project quality management and implementation.

● Make sure that all checklists are applied.

● Introduces the Quality Management system to new joiners.

● Performs other responsibilities and duties, as required.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications

● Bachelor in business from a reputable university

● Good command of English and French / Arabic is essential.

● One year experience in managing quality control operations within project’s framework

● One year experience in working in collaborative environment

● Ability to influence others while being open to other people’s views through negotiation skills

● Demonstrated experience in preparing and monitoring internal procedures for adherence to regulations and policies.

● Ability to work with people of different backgrounds (cultural and educational).
